Contraceptive Ring Reminder helps you track your vaginal ring's "using" and "resting" phases and reminds you when to insert or remove it. The health information you enter stays on your device, and we never use it for advertising. We use third-party services (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing) for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and subscriptions. This policy explains what is handled and how.
The cycle dates, ring insert/remove actions, and any notes you add are stored locally on your device (in the app's private database). We do not automatically upload this information to our servers or any third party.
If you use "Send feedback" in the app's settings, the app attaches a diagnostic log to an email addressed to support@cauim.co. This log includes your cycle, notes, and scheduled-notification data so we can reproduce issues. This only happens when you tap "Send feedback" and choose to send the email. If you do not want to share this data, do not use the feedback feature.
The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage (e.g. when a reminder is shown) and to diagnose crashes. These services collect app-interaction events, crash diagnostics, and device/identifier information as described in Google's policies. The analytics events we log do not contain your cycle or notes content.
For non-premium users, the app shows ads via Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier. On first launch we request your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP); your choice determines whether you see personalized or non-personalized ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads. We never use your health information (cycle dates, ring actions, or notes) for advertising, and we never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details; Google handles the transaction and shares purchase status with the app to unlock premium features.
We do not sell your personal information.

If you send feedback, your diagnostic log is transmitted to us at support@cauim.co via your chosen email app.
International transfers: Some third-party providers (Google) may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States. Where required by law, these transfers rely on the providers' own safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Data transmitted to Google services and via feedback email is sent over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. On-device data is stored in the app's private storage.
Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/EEA, LGPD/Brazil, CCPA/California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw ad consent (re-openable via the app's consent option). Contact support@cauim.co to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top.
